Join us on select Wednesdays in January as we celebrate Napa Valley Restaurant Month. Chef de Cuisine Marcos Uribe has created special dishes to pair with selected Napa Valley Pinot Noir producers. Each entree special includes a glass of wine!

January 4, 2012

House-made mushroom ravioli's, veal sweetbread ragout, rainbow chard, garlic cream and shaved black truffles - paired with 1999 ZD Founder's Reserve Pinot Noir. Available during lunch service from 11:30-2:30pm for $20.12, and for dinner from 5-9pm for $21.00.

Grilled Colorado Lamb T-bones with potato leek risotto, sautéed DeCicco broccoli and thyme jus- paired with 2007 ZD Pinot Noir. Available during lunch service from 11:30-2:30pm for $35.00.

Paired with outstanding wines from the best wine producing region in the world, the Cedar Gables Inn offers the Ultimate Napa Culinary Experience:  "Hands-On" cooking classes with Great Chefs of Napa Valley  in a Culinary Showcase Kitchen. Following the class you will enjoy the fruits of your labor by feasting on your creations and world class wines in the Inn's elegant dining room.
 
Food and wine enthusiasts enjoy these "Hands-On" Classes designed to be small and intimate ( 12 students). Most classes are scheduled on Saturdays.  The only requirements are a love for great food, fine wine and having fun.
